Nova does not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted service, continued support for a specific game, executor, feature, or account state.
Nova Premium provides account-based membership benefits, including Premium script features, longer-lasting Premium keys, previews, and communication perks. Premium availability, pricing, and benefits may change over time.
Premium access does not guarantee permanent support for every game, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every executor or third-party platform change.
Nova may use account authentication, including Discord OAuth or similar identity systems, to manage user sessions, key generation, access status, abuse prevention, and project analytics.
Keys and accounts may be limited, revoked, reset, or disabled if Nova detects abuse, misuse, suspicious activity, or a project requirement changes.
Nova may collect data needed for authentication, security, statistics, project health, feature usage, error tracking, and user access. This can include Discord identity data provided during login, generated key records, timestamps, browser/session information, and basic usage events.
Nova does not sell user data. Collected data is mainly used for authentication, statistics, project operation, moderation, security, and improving the service.
You are responsible for how you use Nova and for following any rules that apply to your accounts, devices, games, platforms, and communities.
Nova is provided as-is. The project team is not responsible for account penalties, lost access, downtime, data loss, compatibility issues, third-party platform changes, or any other damage connected to use of the project.
Nova may update these terms and privacy rules at any time. Continued use of the website or project after updates means you accept the updated terms.
